Download or use the upgrade I purchased

Upgrade: I don’t seem to be able to download or use the upgrade I purchased. 

Your upgrade status in your iLok account will probably say “deposit pending”.

This means the upgrade hasn’t happened yet, because the license(s) needed for the upgrade (the old license(s) you’re upgrading from) hasn't been surrendered.

Run the iLok License Manager app (from iLok.com), and log into your iLok account.

Find your new license, then right-click the license and select “Activate”. This will prompt you to complete the upgrade by surrendering the old license(s).

Note that all activations for the old license(s) need to be available, so they must either already be de-activated from your iLok key or second computer, or present on the machine where you are doing the surrender.
