Please include as much info as possible about your question/issue so we can help you as much as we can in the first reply. We typically reply within 24 hours and are typically staffed Mon-Fri, 8-17 pm CEST.

Feature Requests & Product Suggestions

We're always very glad to hear what users think of their Softube products! If you have suggestions about another product or a suggestion for products we should make in the future, you can either use the Getting Started form or send an e-mail directly to support@softube.com and put "Feature Request" in the subject line.
