My iLok/computer was lost/stolen/broken. What can I do?

Dead/Lost computer activation: 

You can submit a request to reset your activations directly via iLok License Manager. You can do this by right-clicking the location in question and choosing "Report as unusable" from the menu.If you don't have iLok License Manager installed, you are more than welcome to contact us and we'll help you reset your license. 

  

Lost/stolen/broken iLok USB key: 

The first thing you need to do is to please submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) report for the lost iLok. This can be done here

Once you've submitted the RMA report, please contact us and we'll deposit new licenses to your account as soon as possible. Please make sure to include your RMA number.
