We're currently investigating an issue where some users have ended up with two Flow licenses in their iLok accounts.
The workaround should be to manually activate the most recently added Flow license to your account and de-activate your previous (Initial) Flow license (as this is probably the one causing the error messages):
- Please log in to the iLok License Manager app with your iLok account credentials and click the "All Available" licenses tab (sometimes you need to increase the GUI/window size of the iLok License Manager app to see this tab) and find your unactivated Flow license.
- Activate it by right-clicking it and selecting "Activate".
- De-activate the Flow license that has expired (right-click and then de-activate)
