Update April 24th, 2026: Please note that Flow Mixing Suite, Flow Mastering Suite, Flow Studio, Console 1, and Console 1 Fader will not get improved performance by following the steps below. In the unlikely event that you encounter graphical issues in any of these products, please contact us using the form at the bottom of Known Issues.
We have received reports from users that some Softube plug-ins are having graphics issues. These could be diagonal lines and/or missing blocks of graphics in the GUI:s (or the Softube On-Screen Display).
As a workaround, please try turning the graphics API off by following these steps:
Mac

Click the cogwheel in the upper-right corner of the plug-in window to access the settings.

Scroll down and untick the box next to "Use Metal API graphics" (for Console 1, disable Metal for the On-Screen Display as well - then restart the OSD)

Close the settings menu to save the changes.

Restart your system.
Win

Click the cogwheel in the upper-right corner of the plug-in window to access the settings.

Scroll down and untick the box next to "Use OpenGL graphics" (for Console 1, disable OpenGL for the On-Screen Display as well - then restart the OSD)

Close the settings menu to save the changes.

Restart your system.
