Issue when updating Console 1 On-Screen Display

Some users have reported issues when updating their Console 1 On-Screen Display to the new version, called Softube On-Screen Display (as of version 2.6.34). The workaround is to manually install the Softube On-Screen Display using the direct installer for Mac or Windows.

Connectivity issue in Ableton 12.3
We have reports that Console 1 loses connection with Ableton 12.3 when you move tracks around. A workaround is to save, close and reopen project after moving tracks. We are working with Ableton to fix this issue. 

Stuck in a firmware loop?

Pro Tools - Performance issues with high track count 
When running high track counts in Pro Tools, it can affect performance. The symptoms are, for example, decreased responsiveness when adjusting settings. We are in contact with Avid, trying to address this issue.
