I'm getting a "License code already used" error message when attempting to register my license - why?

 

Working from a new machine? 

If you’re getting started with your plug-in(s) on a new machine, but have previously used them on another machine, there is no need to worry about any further registration (since a license code can only be used once). It should be enough to download Softube Central on your new machine and install your plug-in(s) from there.

Registering a license provided to you by a dealer? 

If you bought your software or hardware via a dealer, please contact them and make sure you’re provided with a new license code. While you’re waiting, you’re also more than welcome to contact us using the form bellow so we can provide you with a temporary license.  

 

Bought a license second-hand? 

If you bought a license (for software or hardware) second-hand, there is no need to worry about any license registration (again, since a license code can only be used once). As long as the previous owner has transferred the via the iLok License Manager app, it should be enough to download Softube Central and install/activate your plug-in(s) from there.
