Tube-Tech CL1B MK II: Why don’t the read-outs and panel print match?
We chose to be faithful to the original unit; the markings on the panel match the original hardware, and the knob positions match the original hardware. But the panel print isn’t very exact. For example, the knob extends further than what the start and end points on the panel indicate, and the actual numbers on the panel are very approximate. As far as possible, we are aiming to replicate the original hardware behavior and layout, even if this sometimes leads to inconsistencies.
