My license doesn't show up under "My Account" page. Where is it?

There could be multiple reasons for which a license does not show up in your Softube Account: 

 

1. You did not link an iLok account under your account at softube.com 
This is required in order to get the license to show up. You can either link an existing iLok account or create one via the iLok settings page at My Account. 

 

2. You did a guest checkout 
In this case, you need to register the license that you got with your receipt: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.  Please log in to your Softube account, and go to My Products and "Register a new License".

 

3. You experienced payment issues and your purchase failed
