If backend status is disconnected:

First of all; please re-start Softube Central to see if that helps. If it doesn't, please try clicking the "Restart" button in the Softube Central settings menu and then close the app.

Check your Task Manager, the tab called "processes" (Win) or Activity Monitor (Mac) to make sure there aren't multiple instances of Softube Central running: if there are, please make sure to close/force quit them.

Launch Softube Central again!
If you're having trouble installing the installer helper:
Please try the following steps:
1. Restart Softube Central
2. Restart your machine
If none of the above helps, manually install the "Softube Installer Helper" from the link below:
If you're having trouble to install the Installer Helper (or to install/update plug-ins inside the app), please check your firewall and anti-virus settings to make sure Softube Central has all necessary permissions. Also, please see if it helps to run your computer as an admin.
