Lost/stolen/broken iLok USB key:
The first thing you need to do is to please submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) report for the lost iLok. This can be done here.
Once you've submitted the RMA report, please contact us and we'll deposit new licenses to your account as soon as possible. Please make sure to include your RMA number.
