My Softube products don't appear in the Gobbler App

Make sure you have the latest version of the Gobbler App installed. It is available to download from our 'Download' page.

If you already have a Gobbler account, you can use your existing login for your Softube account, as it is powered by Gobbler.

If your Softube plug-ins don't appear in the Gobbler App, please make sure you have the latest version of the Gobbler App installed. It is available to download from our 'Download' page.

Some users has reported that quitting the Gobbler app and restarting it, can make purchases appear.

Also: If you had an iLok account previous to signing up for a Softube/Gobbler account, please double-check that these accounts have been properly linked together. Go to app.gobbler.com and click 'My Account' -> 'My Profile'. You'll find the iLok account settings near the bottom of this page.
